Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative operations, employee transport, company vehicles, housekeeping, and canteen management at our facility. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Transport Management:
  • Coordinate employee transportation schedules, routes, and vendor management.Maintain transport records and ensure timely vehicle availability.
  • Company Vehicle Management:

Monitor and maintain company vehicles, fuel usage, servicing schedules, and documentation.Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.

  • Housekeeping & Facility Management:

Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all premises.Manage maintenance of office and factory facilities.Oversee canteen operations, quality of food, and vendor coordination.Maintain hygiene standards and employee satisfaction.Handle office supplies, stationary, and other admin procurement.Support HR and management with day-to-day administrative activities.Desired Candidate Profile

  • Canteen & Food Services:
  • General Administration:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 3–8 years of experience in Admin / Facility Management.
  • Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup preferred.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹450,000.00 per month
