Job Purpose

The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative functions, supporting HR and Finance teams, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administrative activities.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees.
  • Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and assist in invoice processing.
  • Support recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate with HR for payroll inputs.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a manufacturing/technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
