Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to be part of our Customer Success and Provider Relations team. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, nurture accounts, and help drive growth by delivering high‑quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial engagement.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat; provide timely and effective support.
  • Maintain and update client records in our CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address client needs, monitor issues, and escalate when required.
  • Help create customer success resources such as guides, tutorials, FAQs, etc.
  • Organize and conduct group sessions/webinars/seminars relating to wellness services (as relevant to clients).
  • Support product enhancement feedback by gathering client input & working with internal teams to suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (e.g., BA, BBA, etc.).
  • 1‑3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client‑facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team, collaborate cross‑functionally, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
