Operating in the Global Workforce Solutions & Professional Services sector, this company delivers enterprise staffing, contingent workforce solutions and talent consultancy to multinational clients. We partner with large enterprises to design scalable talent strategies, manage complex engagements, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Primary Job Title: Key Account Director | Location: India (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and deepen strategic relationships with a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts across India, acting as the senior client advocate and single point of accountability.
- Develop and execute account plans that identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities; convert plans into measurable revenue and retention outcomes.
- Lead commercial negotiations — pricing, SOWs, contracts and SLAs — to secure multi-year agreements while protecting margin and service quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (sales, operations, delivery, finance, legal) to ensure seamless onboarding, execution and continuous improvement.
- Manage account-level P&L, produce accurate revenue forecasts, and report performance and risks to senior leadership with actionable remediation plans.
- Prepare and present executive-level business reviews, drive strategic roadmaps and position the organization as a trusted long-term partner.
