**Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Key Accounts Intern to support the growth and scaling of our product categories across major marketplaces and offline partners. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of category management, account operations, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing pet care ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing key marketplace accounts (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely catalog updates.
• Support category expansion by identifying trends, gaps, and new opportunities within pet care segments.
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, design) to drive listings, pricing updates, and offer setups.
• Monitor category performance, track sales data, and generate reports for weekly reviews.
• Help maintain high fill rates, minimize order errors, and improve overall account health.
• Conduct competitor research to support strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• A self-starter who is willing to learn and take ownership.
• Passion for pets or consumer brands is a bonus.
