Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Delhi, India. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for account management, driving business planning and growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing key accounts. Daily tasks include liaising with key clients, analyzing data to understand client needs, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of at least 2 years.
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
- Must have Q commerce & marketplace management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the FMCG is a must.
