Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing account performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts and achieving business growth.
