Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks will include managing key accounts, developing business plans, analyzing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer queries. The role demands a high level of strategic planning and proactive communication to drive client success and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Key Account Management and Account Management to build and sustain client relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills for strategy development and problem-solving
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to promptly address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Flexibility, strong interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the education consultancy sector or a related field will be advantageous
