Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing account performance, creating business plans tailored to client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing client feedback to optimize service offerings. Acting as a primary point of contact, the Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of client projects and services.
