Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive, located in New Delhi. The Key Account Executive will manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensure timely delivery of services, address client concerns, and identify opportunities to add value. Responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, identifying potential growth opportunities, and preparing regular reports to monitor account performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales, account management, and customer retention techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends, understand client business needs, and identify growth opportunities
  • Presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills to deliver value-driven client experiences
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in account management within industrial goods or a related industry
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and dedication to providing exceptional service
