Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & MIS:

  • Maintaining monthly/annual closing of books of accounts as per Indian GAAP and ERP system.
  • Managing Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing process (Invoices/Orders/Credit Note/Debit Note/Delivery Challan/E-way), BRS, GL, FAR, Vendor management.
  • Supporting the processes related to monthly payroll, incentives, leave accruals, reimbursement & F&F.
  • Managing Inventory movement and reconciliation.
  • Preparing MIS reports and analysis from small to large data.

Taxation and Statutory Compliances

  • Supporting GST compliances for the Company – Computation & payment of GST liability, Input Tax Credit, Returns, Refund, e-waybill, import / export of services, RCM etc.
  • Managing TDS – Computation, Payment, return review, 26AS Reconciliation review, Form 16/16A etc.
  • Liaising with consultant to prepare & finalize corporate annual Income tax and other annual/quarterly/monthly returns.
  • Liaising with consultants for other occasional taxation matters.
  • Coordinating for timely completion of Statutory, Transfer Pricing, Tax & GST Audit conducted by outside firms
  • Supporting RBI, ROC and Secretarial compliances – FLA (Foreign Liabilities Assets), AOC-4, MGT-07, Documentations for BM/AGM etc.

     
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

  • CA(Inter) with bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
  • Master's degree in accounting/finance will be preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years

General Requirement:

  • Good verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in working in MS Office, with good knowledge of Tally and any ERP.
  • Updated knowledge of statutory compliances and taxation knowledge.

     
Additional Information

Experience in manufacturing / product company would be preferred.
