Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Sr Accountant - Finance Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sr Accountant - Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes to enhance the company's financial health.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Experience with Tax Compliance and Internal Controls
  • Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Cash Flow Management
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP Systems
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Relevant experience in the Fintech or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
