Position: Sr. Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliances, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC-related compliances and filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and consultants for statutory and internal audits.
  • Oversee fund flow management, working capital, and budgeting activities.
  • Support in preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual provisional financial statements.
  • Manage payroll entries, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor ERP/accounting system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with banks for loans, facilities, and other financial transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. (CA Inter / CMA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small accounts team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹400, ₹550,000.00 per year
