Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Account Director - offline market research, located in Delhi Area, India. The Sr. Account Director will manage day-to-day client accounts based out of India and international locations, leading project teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves developing sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of offline fieldwork methodologies and command over pricing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the market research industry is a plus
