Role Description

As a Sr. Account Manager at Spectra, you will oversee key client accounts, ensuring their connectivity needs are met with tailored solutions. This full-time, on-site position in New Delhi involves managing strategic relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing consultative sales support. Daily responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with technical teams for seamless service delivery, meeting sales targets, and solving client issues promptly. The Sr. Account Manager will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Client Relationships, and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions and conduct consultative sales discussions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of business connectivity solutions (leased lines, managed Wi-Fi)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus
