Position SummaryThe Sr. Manager / Manager – Operations will play a pivotal role in managing the virtual, day-to-day operations of Swami's residential real estate portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with Resident Managers, Key Holders, and various internal departments to drive tenant satisfaction, asset performance, and operational efficiency from a remote location. Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Performance

• Monitor and analyze financial performance across assigned properties; present strategic insights to senior management.
• Act as a liaison between Resident Managers, Maintenance, Front Office, and other operational teams.
• Provide regular reports and performance updates to key stakeholders.
• Drive occupancy through digital marketing and retention initiatives.
• Support the planning and coordination of virtual open houses and occasional after-hours events.

Asset Oversight

• Conduct and review digital property inspections via photos, video submissions, or virtual walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure adherence to maintenance and compliance standards.
• Manage tenant communication regarding maintenance schedules and requests.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

Tenant Relations

• Lead all aspects of tenant communication in collaboration with the Front Office and Maintenance teams.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing vacancies and minimizing tenant turnover.
• Improve internal processes that enhance tenant satisfaction and service delivery.
• Track and resolve delinquencies using system-based tools and virtual outreach.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• MBA or CA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in asset or property management.
• Ready to work In PST Office time ( India Night Shift PM to 4.30 AM )
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of U.S. property management regulations is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends when required.
• Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
