About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Operations Head to manage and oversee all core departments — HR, Sales, Operations, and Training — while directly contributing to organizational growth. The candidate must be capable of leading remote teams of 50–100+ members, streamlining processes, and ensuring all departments achieve their performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams across HR, Sales, Operations, and Training.
  • Handle a remote workforce of 50–100+ members effectively.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Oversee departmental performance, reporting, and approvals.
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency across all functions.
  • Ensure alignment between departments for smooth business operations.
  • Approve key activities related to operations, training, and HR functions.
  • Contribute individually to strategic goals and revenue generation.
  • Maintain company standards, culture, and compliance across teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience managing multiple departments and large teams.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven record of achieving operational and business targets.
  • Experience managing remote teams and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior experience in IT, Business Solutions, or EdTech industry preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Initial Salary: ₹25,000/month
  • Revised Salary: ₹35,000/month after successful completion of 3 months (based on performance)
