Strategic Responsibilities

The Country Head will be accountable for defining and executing the national marketing strategy, driving team performance, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:

· Team Leadership & Coordination: Provide decisive leadership for the entire marketing team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational excellence.

· Performance Management: Conduct rigorous review of team performance metrics, offering strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

· Key Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with principal travel suppliers, engaging directly to understand market dynamics and collaborative requirements.

· Industry Representation: Represent Cocokerala Tours at major national and international travel fairs and industry events.

· Executive Reporting: Deliver comprehensive and strategic reports on marketing performance, initiatives, and forecasts directly to the Managing Director.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking an established professional with a proven track record in strategic marketing and team leadership.

· Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a senior marketing role is mandatory.

· Education: Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.

· Mandatory Language Skills: Exceptional professional proficiency in both English and Hindi is required.
