About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager with strong communication and client management skills to support our CRM operations team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of CRM and USA-based Program Managers, ensuring smooth coordination, reporting, and communication across ongoing projects.
This role is well-suited for professionals who are organized, proactive, and eager to learn more about CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and IT operations in a global work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Attend daily meetings with Program Managers and provide daily reports.
- Join internal meetings and discussions to understand project requirements and update progress reports.
- Maintain coordination with the Head of CRM for operational updates and issue escalations.
- Participate in self-learning and internal training sessions to enhance CRM knowledge.
- Prepare and manage basic Microsoft Excel reports and trackers for CRM activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong comprehension and ability to understand and convey client requirements clearly.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple daily tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn CRM and Salesforce fundamentals.
- Any graduate or candidate currently pursuing graduation can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in CRM coordination, client communication, or operations are also welcome.
- Exposure to global IT operations and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience in daily CRM management and client coordination.
- Learning opportunity to understand Salesforce basics and system processes.
- Direct working experience with Program Managers and CRM leadership teams in the USA.
