We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Expert to join our team. As a Zoho CRM Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. If you have a deep understanding of Zoho CRM and a passion for streamlining business operations, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and management of Zoho CRM solutions to improve overall customer experience.
- Set the process and manage end to end lead lifecycle in Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data, identifying trends and insights that inform decision-making.
- Customize Zoho CRM software to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Design and implement efficient workflows within Zoho CRM, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
- Provide training to end-users on Zoho CRM functionalities and offer ongoing technical support.
- Stay updated on Zoho CRM features and enhancements, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance system performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to Zoho CRM configurations, processes, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Zoho Creator and other Zoho platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
