Job Title: Freelance CRM Specialist (Zoho)

Location: Remote | Contract / Part-time

We help entrepreneurs free up their time by outsourcing their everyday, routine admin work like calendar management, email, customer service, and marketing tasks like social media, digital marketing, website management, etc.

Role Overview

We are seeking a freelance CRM Specialist to optimize and manage our Zoho CRM setup. The role involves fine-tuning automations, building analytics dashboards, and ensuring smooth CRM operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune Zoho Automations (workflows, rules, triggers, blueprints, custom functions).
  • Build & maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting and optimization support on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Analytics.
  • Proven knowledge of workflow automation and integrations.
  • Experience with CRM customization and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
  • Freelance / project-based availability.
