Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, test, and scale growth channels (paid, organic, partnerships, referral, community).
  • Build predictable lead and user acquisition systems.
  • Optimize conversion across website, ads, onboarding, and CRM funnels.
  • Manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms with ROI focus.
  • Collaborate with product and tech to improve activation, retention, and virality.
  • Analyze user behavior and metrics; turn data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Recruit and manage agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
  • Drive experiments weekly; track results and scale winners fast.
  • Own growth metrics: installs, activation rate, paid conversions, retention.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years in growth, marketing, or performance roles (preferably SaaS or B2B).
  • Hands-on with ad platforms, analytics, automation tools.
  • Strong bias for execution; thrives on accountability.
  • Comfort with fast iteration and incomplete information.
  • Bonus: experience in CRMs, mobile apps, or SMB marketing in India.
