We help clients build visibility and achieve measurable results through PR, SEO, and digital strategies..We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth — mainly targeting real estate and insurance clients. . In this role, you will identify and build relationships with potential clients, help generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience of at least 4 years in B2B business development, sales, or account management in a digital marketing agency or relevant industry. Experience with lead generation and sales CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: A good understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and web development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and business growth..

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and digital marketing metrics.
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
