Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Freelancer App Growth Manager to drive the growth, visibility, and performance of our mobile applications across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in App Store Optimization (ASO), user acquisition, and growth marketing strategies. This is a freelance role offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse app projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies to increase app downloads, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) across Google Play and Apple App Store.
  • Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to optimize store listings, creatives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention rates; share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage ASO & analytics tools such as Sensor Tower, App Annie, Mobile Action, App Radar, Firebase, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
  • Support influencer marketing, content marketing, and PR strategies to boost app visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ASO, app growth, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile apps with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with app store ads, attribution tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Freelance experience or ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
