I am looking for a Product Manager to lead our product analysis, growth strategies and manage developers efficiently. This role focuses on user engagement, retention, referral, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, user-focused.

This is contract based position and remote work opportunity. Contract duration will is 6 months and will be extended based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Google Analytics and Mixpanel for deep insights and performance tracking.

  • Define, refine, and evolve user personas based on data and feedback.

  • Work closely with Android & iOS developers, UX/UI designers, and tester to deliver high-quality product.

  • Continuously improve activation, retention, referral, and revenue metrics.

  • Create targeted user segments based on various parameters for personalized engagement.

  • Develop effective messaging and notification strategies to enhance user engagement.

  • Continuously experiment with product features, messaging, and pricing to determine what works best.

  • Ensure the team stays aligned with the company's vision and strategic goals.

  • Monitor user feedback, respond to queries, and address concerns promptly on play store and app store.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as product analyst for a mobile app development company. Minimum 3 years of experience is required.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or other.

  • Expertise in refining user persona using several techniques, AARRR framework and audience segmentation.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹60, ₹200,000.00 per month
