We provide a strong tech foundation to deliver measurable business results.We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google ads, email marketing, content marketing) to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and experiment with new growth channels and strategies.
Sales & Conversion:
- Qualify leads, engage prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Work closely with the delivery and tech team to understand offerings and client needs.
- Maintain a CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
Revenue Growth & Strategy:
- Develop growth strategies that increase revenue and market presence.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns, pricing, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up to maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or sales in IT.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and sales funnels.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and take action.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in running campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, email automation platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS or IT outsourcing businesses.
- Hands-on experience with both lead generation and client conversion.
- Familiarity with building dashboards to track growth metrics.
