As a Growth Hacker, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
**Your duties will be**
- Develop and execute growth strategies for client acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify new channels, tools, and trends that can drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement viral marketing tactics to drive organic growth.
- Communicate regularly with department heads to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for better lead generation strategies.
- Regularly present growth plans, progress, and data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Serve as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Identify potential strategic alliances with other organizations / products that can lead to co-marketing opportunities or new customer segments.
- Investigate and experiment with new marketing channels and technologies to identify innovative ways to reach and engage prospects.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of achieving measurable growth in the domestic Indian market.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with department heads and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on team development and company-wide growth.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
