**Role Overview**:
This is not just a social media role — it’s a full-stack digital marketing position for someone who knows how to get attention and convert it into leads. You’ll be responsible for everything from content creation and engagement to paid advertising, SEO, and brand visibility. We want someone who can **think like a strategist, act like a creator, and move like a growth hacker.**
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Social Media Growth**: Post creative, interactive content across LinkedIn and Instagram using AI tools (like Canva AI, Descript, CapCut, etc.)
- **Lead Generation**: Actively comment, engage, and interact with the right audiences to build awareness and attract qualified leads
- **Google Ads & Paid Media**: Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
- **SEO & Content Strategy**: Improve search visibility and ranking through strategic keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to track performance and refine strategies
- **Trend Spotting**: Monitor industry trends and quickly capitalize on them with creative campaigns or content hooks
- **Brand Expansion**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure unified messaging and brand visibility
**Who You Are**:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing
- A natural engager who knows when and how to comment, reply, and build presence under the right profiles and posts
- Comfortable using advanced digital tools, automation platforms, and AI-powered content creation tools
- Highly creative, innovative, and eager to test new tactics
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Strategic thinker who knows how to turn digital engagement into growth
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with mínimal oversight
**Bonus Points If You Have**:
- B2B experience or familiarity with consulting/energy industries
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising and remarketing strategies
- Experience building content funnels and landing pages
