Pearl Lemon is looking for a Micro-SaaS Launch & Growth Hacker a specialist who can take our SaaS tools and get them out into the wild with a bang. Someone who doesn't just "run ads" but knows how to rally a community, whip up attention, and turn curiosity into actual users. This isn't a corporate marketing job. This is fast, experimental, messy, exciting work. One week you might be preparing a Product Hunt launch, the next week you're running a $100 Facebook ad campaign to test an audience, and the week after that you're knee-deep in Reddit threads sparking conversations that turn into sign-ups. If that sounds like your idea of fun, keep reading. As our Micro-SaaS Launch & Growth Hacker, your mission is simple: get our SaaS tools seen, used, and loved.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Plan & execute SaaS launches across Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, Reddit, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
  2. Run small but mighty ad campaigns (think $50-$200 test budgets) on Facebook, Google, Reddit, or wherever makes sense.
  3. Write magnetic copy for landing pages, ads, tweets, emails, and Product Hunt blurbs.
  4. Engage communities like a native no spammy posts, no cringe. Just smart, authentic contributions that spark interest.
  5. Track performance (clicks, sign-ups, conversions) and use the data to double down on what works.
  6. Experiment weekly. New platforms, new hooks, new angles you'll never just "set and forget."
  7. Build momentum. From early adopters to testimonials to word-of-mouth, you'll help turn a launch into sustained growth.

The person we're looking for: This is not for everyone. To thrive here, you need to be:

  1. An indie hacker at heart. You think like a bootstrapper. You've probably launched your own side project or helped others launch theirs.
  2. Community-native. You know how to post on Product Hunt or Indie Hackers without sounding salesy or getting banned.
  3. Resourceful. You can get results with a $100 budget and a few hours of work not just when someone hands you $10k in ad spend.
  4. Fast & experimental. You'd rather run five scrappy tests than one "perfect" campaign.
  5. Cross-skilled. You're not a master designer or developer, but you can whip up landing pages, tweak visuals, and write great copy.
  6. Data-driven. You don't just chase likes or upvotes you track sign-ups, activations, and growth metrics.
  7. If you've launched at least 2-3 products on Product Hunt (or similar platforms) and you've run small-scale growth campaigns before, you'll feel right at home.

  3. Copywriting (short, punchy, conversion-focused)
  4. No-code tools (Webflow, Carrd, Zapier, Airtable, Notion)
  5. Analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or even scrappy Airtable setups)
  6. Bonus: Email marketing basics, landing page optimization, influencer outreach
