About Us

We're a fast-growing SaaS company building tools for e-commerce brands and Shopify stores. Our flagship product — a shoppable video app — helps online stores boost conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and increase customer engagement.

We already have paying customers, strong demand, and a proven sales motion. Now we're ready to scale globally — and we're looking for a driven SDR to help us accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify outbound leads in US, UK, Canada, Australia & EU markets
  • Run cold outreach using calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Book demos for our founder and sales team
  • Follow a structured outreach cadence and hit activity KPIs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
  • Follow up with prospects during trial cycles
  • Share insights from calls to help refine messaging and positioning

Ideal Background

  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound SaaS sales or international lead generation
  • Experience selling to Shopify, e-commerce, martech, or SaaS buyers is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting monthly demo booking targets
  • High attendance rate from booked prospects
  • Improving demo-to-paid conversion over time
  • Being proactive, coachable, and data-driven

Compensation

Base salary: ₹70,000–₹1,20,000/month

Performance incentives: ₹30,000–₹1,00,000/month depending on results

No cap on commissions
