Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy International Business Specialist (SDR) to generate sales pipeline across the USA & UK markets. This role includes international prospecting, outbound outreach, building qualified meetings, and supporting our sales team with high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Lead Generation

  • Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, Lusha, etc.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach: Email, LinkedIn, Calls, WhatsApp (international), and social touches.
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach volumes (100–150 emails, 40–60 LinkedIn touches, 20–30 calls depending on region).

2. Appointment Setting

  • Schedule discovery calls with founders, CEOs, CROs, Talent Heads, and Hiring Managers.
  • Handle objection management and nurture warm leads till meeting stage.

3. Market Research & ICP Targeting

  • Identify new target industries and geographies.
  • Analyze competitor clients and staffing patterns.
  • Work closely with the founder to continuously refine ICPs & messaging.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly outreach KPIs.
  • Ensure all communication is logged and updated in real-time.

5. Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align on scripts, sequences, and value props.
  • Share feedback from the market to improve service positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of international SDR / Lead Generation / Appointment Setting experience.
  • Prior experience selling to the USA or UK markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (for the US market).
  • Experience in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services is preferred.
  • Highly target-driven and comfortable with daily outreach numbers.
