**About Us**
We are Conroar, a remote staffing startup helping global digital marketing agencies and travel businesses hire pre-vetted remote talent. We’re seeking a driven, performance-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can generate meetings with decision-makers through cold outreach.
**Role Overview**
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and booking meetings with CXOs, founders, or heads of marketing at companies like:
- Digital Marketing Agencies
- Hotels, OTAs, and Travel Brands
You will be paid per successful qualified meeting booked. No fixed salary.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (via Calendly or direct scheduling)
- Use databases (provided or self-sourced) to build lead lists
- Log outreach activity and keep basic tracking in sheets/CRM
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Access to a laptop and stable internet
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly meeting targets
- Knowledge of Instantly, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus
**Compensation**
- ₹500 per **qualified meeting booked**:
- Bonus for meetings that show up and convert to sales leads
- No fixed pay; payout based purely on meetings delivered
