Job Title:
Sales development Representative
Profile Needed:
- Graduates are preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in complete end-to-end sales
- Excellent calling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calling Detail:
Capable of calling 150 to 200+ calls and 4 hours of connected talk time on a daily basis (this is
mandatory for a SDR to be considered productive for the day)
**Job Type**:
- Target Based
- Each SDR will have a target of 200K as minimum sales revenue every month.
- All SDRs doing less than 150K in sales revenue will be considered as non-performers.
- Sales deficit from the previous month (if 200K wasn't achieved by the SDR) will be carried
forward to the next month and the sales target for minimum revenue will be revised
accordingly.
Salary Structure:
15,000 Fixed + 5000 Variable.
Note: Rs.500 will be paid for training days for all SDRs who pass the final assessment with the client.
PIP for an SDR will be for 7 days. Targets will be given to SDR during the PIP phase, failing to achieve
this would result in the termination.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
