Sales Development Representative (SDR)
SERP Forge is a growth-focused marketing agency that helps SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and performance marketing. We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive client acquisition. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for outreach, qualification, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SaaS and B2B prospects that fit our target profile.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet criteria before handing to sales.
- Craft personalized outreach messages and nurture early-stage relationships.
- Schedule and book discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Keep CRM and outreach tools up to date with accurate prospect data.
What We're Looking For
- years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Comfortable with outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, or similar platforms.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided).
- A "hunter" mindset with eagerness to learn and grow into a closing sales role.
