Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business leads for our cybersecurity and penetration testing services. You'll work closely with the CEO and Sales team to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and schedule discovery meetings that convert into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential clients across global markets (SaaS, FinTech, Startups, Enterprises).
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and schedule demo calls with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective outreach campaigns and sequences.
  • Manage and update CRM data with accurate prospect information.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture them into opportunities.
  • Represent Farchase Solutions professionally and articulate our cybersecurity offerings clearly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role — preferably in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools , Instantly, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet outreach targets.
  • Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and helping companies stay secure.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of penetration testing, bug bounty, or information security is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Understanding of sales funnels, outreach automation, and email marketing workflows.
