- OVERVIEWiCana, with R&D offices in Taiwan, Belgium and Singapore, is a dynamic international company in the semiconductor industry. Today, we have more than 75 people working across the globe and we will grow even more In iCana we focus on 5G infrastructure, manage the end-to-end process from designing RF and mmWave integrated circuits to manufacturing them with the foundries.

Today iCana is looking to further enhance our sales coverage and customer communication in India with the addition of a dynamic sales representative. The sales representative is responsible for front line sales management, opportunity exploration and customer relationship maintenance.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for all Sales activities, including sales strategy, new business development and relationship management at assigned accounts.
- Drive design-in effort during all phases of sales process: device selection, architecture design, prototype, and mass production.
- Execute sales strategy to meet or exceed sales KPI goals and design-in targets along with business objectives.
- Clearly articulate (and escalate, as needed) customer needs, along with industry trends to sales management and product line.
- Work with AE team in Taiwan closely to ensure capability to meet customer requirements and make prioritization decision for new opportunities.
- QUALIFICATIONS- MiniBachelor/ Master degree in Technical engineering degree, Business/marketing degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent sales presentation skills
- Strong social and communication skills to build the relationship with existing customers and to explore new leads
- Strong sense on market trends and radio supply chain in India
- Excellent eye for details
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive attitude and do NOT give up easily
- Ongoing and bright personality which can turn customer rejection to a positive energy and move forward
- Travel in India is required
