Are you a results-driven salesperson with a long time industry experience in selling Call and Contact Centre Software Solutions and a knack for closing deals and maximizing revenue? Do you have a track record of generating more than 5 lakhs per quarter? AYCOM is seeking 20+ dynamic freelance sales representatives to join our team and drive sales growth. As a freelance sales representative, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to earn lucrative incentives based on your performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.

**Incentive Structure**:

- One-Time Incentive: Earn 30% of the total sales value upon closing a deal.
- Monthly Billing Incentive: Receive a 20% commission based on the cost of sale for each month, contingent upon meeting billing targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in selling call and contact centre software solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar freelance sales role is preferred.
- Ability to talk to people and bring them to closing.
- Access to market contacts.
- Ability to build your own network and generate enquiries.
