We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory or industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers to close sales and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, such as consultative selling, cold calling, or relationship building.

Pay: ₹8,414.66 - ₹15,000.00 per month
