As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our [product/service]. This is a commission-based role, and you will be compensated INR 200 for every successful sale you make. The position allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify potential customers and reach out to them to promote our [product/service].
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- **Closing Sales**: Work towards converting leads into successful sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

**Compensation Structure**:

- INR 200 per successful sale.
- No fixed salary; earnings are solely based on successful sales.

**Opportunity for Full-Time Employment**:
After successfully working with us for a period of 3 months and consistently meeting sales targets, there is an opportunity for transition to a full-time role with a fixed salary and additional benefits.

**Requirements**:

- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication to convey product/service features and benefits.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- **Computer Literacy**: Basic knowledge of using digital communication tools.
- **Availability**: Part-time availability with flexibility in working hours

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,136.22 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
