We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Commission-Based Sales Representatives** to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our permanent makeup services, training programs, beauty products, and other offerings to clients, beauty salons, and distributors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Generation**: Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, salons, spas, and distributors to promote and sell our permanent makeup services and products.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and training programs to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential collaborations to expand the company’s reach.
- **Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct product and service presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue, using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, makeup, or permanent makeup industry.
- Strong network in the beauty industry, including salons, spas, and distributors, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Passion for the beauty and makeup industry with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
