About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking).
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to align with company solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (B2B experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- SHOULD HAVE YOUR OWN LAPTOP OR PC WITH INTERNET
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
