Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role
Join PollPe as a Sales Development Representative and be at the forefront of our growth story. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting up meetings for our sales team, and contributing to our rapid expansion in the SaaS market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling)
- Research and identify potential customers who would benefit from PollPe's survey and analytics platform
- Conduct initial outreach and qualify prospects based on their needs and budget
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly qualified lead and meeting targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools preferred
