We are a rapidly scaling international sales agency that promotes our clients in sectors such as event rentals, car rentals, marketing services, and real estate. Our India-based remote teams use WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media outreach to generate bookings for partner brands.

Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Team Managers who can generate and close sales through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.

  • SDRs work individually to close deals, log leads, and maximize conversions.
  • Sales Managers lead teams of 10–15 members, earn their own commissions, and receive a 20% override on total team performance.

Compensation & Earnings

  • Agents earn a commission percentage on each confirmed booking.
  • Managers earn their own commissions plus a 20% override on team performance.

Based on typical performance in India:

  • Minimum realistic earnings: ~INR 30,000/month (≈ USD $350)
  • Average performers: INR 50,000–75,000/month (≈ USD $600–$900)
  • High achievers: INR 90,000–125,000+/month (≈ USD $1,100–$1,500+)

Note: Confirm your understanding of the payout system: commission-based only, with base salary eligibility after 2 months of consistent performance..
