**The Role**
We’re hiring a **Content Strategist** to own TexAu’s content engine—shaping the editorial direction, aligning content with product and SEO strategy, and driving measurable business outcomes.

This is a leadership-level IC role ideal for someone who has built or scaled editorial functions at SaaS or tech companies. You’ll work across product, SEO, support, and growth teams to turn technical value into narrative clarity and revenue growth.

**What You’ll Own**
- **Content Strategy & Planning**

Define and manage the editorial calendar across blog, landing pages, guides, playbooks, and help docs based on product priorities, search demand, and user journey stages.
- **Audience Alignment**

Map content to user personas—from growth hackers and marketers to developers and startup founders. Understand what they need at every stage of the funnel.
- **SEO & Demand Gen**

Drive organic growth by identifying high-opportunity topics, overseeing on-page SEO, and building internal linking structures that convert search traffic into signups.
- **Content Production Management**
- **Analytics & Iteration**

Measure content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and continuously optimize based on what drives user activation and retention.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**

Work closely with product, growth, and support teams to turn product features, user insights, and support tickets into high-leverage content assets.

**What We're Looking For**

- **Experience**: 4-6 years in content marketing, with at least 2+ years in SaaS or B2B tech. Bonus if you’ve owned editorial calendars or led content teams.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to turn business goals into content roadmaps, prioritize high-ROI content formats, and define a repeatable content framework.
- **Tech & Product Fluency**: You understand automation, APIs, scraping, and B2B workflows—or can ramp up quickly.
- **SEO Savvy**: You know how to spot intent, cluster keywords, map content to funnels, and measure search performance beyond rankings.
- **Strong Editorial Eye**: You’re obsessive about clarity, voice, structure, and narrative flow. Bonus if you’ve coached or reviewed other writers.
- **Tool Familiarity**: Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs/SEMRush, Notion, Google Docs, Analytics, Wordpress/CMS editors.

**Bonus Points For**
- Background in technical writing, developer documentation, or marketing automation content.
- Experience building a content team or managing external writers/freelancers.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
