**Requirements**:

- Laptop: Mandatory
- **Work from Home Setup**: Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace free from interruptions, ability to attend virtual meetings and communicate effectively online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Develop and implement content strategies to attract and retain target customers on social media platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality written and visual content.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visuals using Canva or, Figma.
- **SEO**: Optimize content for search engines.
- **AI Tools**: Utilize AI content tools to enhance the quality of the content.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media engagements on posted content.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Develop strategies to acquire new customers organically through digital platforms.

**Required Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2-6 years in content strategy, writing, and digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SEO, Canva, and AI content tools.
- **Social Media**: Proven social media management experience.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Effective organic acquisition strategies.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience in content creation for Edtech or IT-Software.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Should have experience in Canva to create visuals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
