**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation & Management: Support the creation of engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and target audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and logistics of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and inventories of promotional materials. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
