Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000/month

Role Objective

Support the agency's HR, finance, and marketing functions with hands-on execution and strategic assistance, while gaining 360° exposure to how a global digital agency operates.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Operations Support

  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and maintaining internal databases
  • Help coordinate HR policies, weekly check-ins, and team well-being initiatives
  • Support payroll tracking and leave management

Marketing Assistance

  • Help manage content calendars and post scheduling
  • Research trends and competitor content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Contribute ideas for content, strategy, and campaigns & making decks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Age: Up to 25 years
  • Student/recent graduate from top Tier 1 & 2 colleges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets with basic finance knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and its algorithms
  • Social media savvy with a flair for content
  • Bonus: Basic video editing (Canva, CapCut), content writing

Good-to-Have

  • Previous internship experience in admin, marketing, or HR roles
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
