Job Title: HR Intern

What you'll do:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment tasks: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings across job portals and social media
  • Help conduct onboarding sessions for new interns/employees
  • Support daily HR operations, documentation, and data entry
  • Assist in performance review activities and feedback collection
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
