**Your mission**:

- ** Content Strategy and Creation**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and orchestrate digital content strategy across our website and social media.
- Share content through various platforms, ensuring a strong web presence.
- Create well-researched content for publication online and in print.
- In collaboration with the SEO Specialist, develop content that increases the company's search engine results ranking.
- Create eye-catching and innovative copy for social media content and ad campaigns.
- Create and maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- In addition to the Marketing team, initiate collaborations with other teams to plan and produce content.
- ** Marketing and Engagement**:

- Design and execute creative marketing materials to build brand awareness and drive targeted and loyal traffic to the company's website and blog.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Assist the marketing team in developing content for campaigns.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Build systems and protocols internally to ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences.

**Your profile**:

- Based in India since this will be a remote role.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with designing software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their requirements, particularly LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently, solution-oriented and quick on their feet with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to learn, experiment, and continuously grow.
