**Job Summary**:
Creative Team of KKBC seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Content Marketing to join our B2B marketing agency.

B2B Content Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content development (Content Writing and Content Designing) projects and tasks. This includes content strategy, content planning and mapping, content writing, and copyediting, content creation ,team management.

Should be creative, detail-oriented, have a good sense of design, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers and designers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of content projects.
- Plan, assign and coordinate content development projects, tasks, innovations, initiatives.
- Create effective content strategies that align with our client’s goals and target audience.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and messaging.
- Conduct content mapping to identify gaps and opportunities for content development.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Create, establish and maintain the Content creation process and workflow.
- Research and Write manuals, SOP’s to support and guide team members in content writing and content designing work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Creative Design or a related major is a plus
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in a communication, marketing, advertising, or a creative agency or related industry.
- Total Experience - 6-8 Years
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies. Experience of Digital Marketing Agency is plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Graphics Design and Creative Designing background is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking and a passion for content creation and storytelling.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Has own working space
- Fast internet connection
- PC or laptop with sufficient specifications

**Salary**: From ₹54,166.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
